Also if someone purchased a product through Shopify, and the product wasn't visible in Meta shops, after the Shopify purchase, the product would show in Meta shops also). From that point on, that product would be visible in the shop. They continually ignored information that actually seemed worth investigating (Such as: Instagram would automatically tag a product-that wasn't visible in the Instagram shop, but was synced and approved-if I posted an image that was similar to product image. I've been going back and forth with Meta support for the last two weeks trying get all of my products (62 total) that are approved, synced, and visible on Meta commerce catalog and Meta store previews to actually display on the live Facebook/Instagram shops. Meta support was friendly - but that is the only thing going for it.
